Sunstack Solar SEO Proposal

Hi Levi, we've whipped up a quick SEO audit for your review. We've outlined some recommendations we think could improve the Sunstack Solar website with 'Commercial Solar' in mind.

Here's a quick summary of our recommendations:

• Update the "Home Page" for conversion / rankings

• New content for the "Commercial Solar Installation" page

• Write new SEO content / lead magnets for commercial solar

• Generate more backlinks from high DA sites.

• Conduct on-site optimisations for site health / performance

Updates to the Homepage

1. Update the HERO image with a photo of Sunstack contractors operating in the field, or with a suitable "Team Photo". > We could also include a form in the header to immediately capture a lead.
   

   

2. Create a new section called "Meet the Team", where we can include team photos and a CTA to the "About" page.
   

   

   
   
   
   

3. Create a new "Lightbox" quote form that will appear when a customer visits the website.

   > This will be a more streamlined form designed to filter by "Commercial" or "Residential" intent, and to get them a quote as quick as possible.

   
   

4. The mobile version doesn't have a "sticky header" which could include a "Call" button present.

   
   

5. Include a widget that will populate real "Google My Business" reviews in order to build trust.

   
   

6. Include a "Social" instagram reel on the homepage. This will also promote trust and social proof.

Updates to the "Commercial Solar Installation" Page

1. In my opinion, this page could be beefed out considerably. It could probably have another 500-1000 words of content.

2. This page should also include a new section called "Recent Commercial Installs". This can include images, new headings, and body text, and will highlight real commercial work in Fresno.

   > Ideally, this would also include some recent "commercial specific" testimonials, instead of generic ones.

Ongoing SEO: Blogs and Backlinks Baby

1. We'll deliver a minimum of 2000 SEO optimised words per month (used across webpages and/or blog content).

   > When creating blogs, we'll work with you to collaborate on relevant topics, and prioritise content that's more likely to target Fresno locals.

   
   

2. We'll also deliver a minimum of 2x Quality Backlinks per month from high Domain Authority (DA) websites. This is the bread and butter of SEO. Your current DA is 7, which is low compared to your competitors. Improving this alone will have a positive impact on your site.
   

   

   
   

3. We will do on-site performance check and optimisation. Right now, according to the SEM Rush health checker, your site is sitting around an 84%. We should get this over 90% by implementing some technical fixes.

OTHER:

1. Can you check if you are currently #1 for your brand name (try Sunstack and Sunstack Solar) in the US search? Just need to make sure the other sites aren't above you e.g. www.sunstackracking.com.

   
   

2. Your mobile speed performance is coming up as poor. We should investigate this to see if there's an issue with load times on mobile.
